Service Information
The PLC function should simply be deactivated via the Web Application.
This is not a hardware malfunction and it is not necessary to replace parts
for this message.
Please refer to Advanced Technical Information (ATI) Group 9 2016.2,
“Troubleshooting AC Charging” along with existing documentation for the
PMCC and the PMCC Web Application.
In rare cases, the customer infrastructure and/or smart-home systems may
occasionally utilize the PLC function and deactivation of PLC could cause an
unwanted change in system behavior. If the message appears but the
customer wishes to continue utilizing the PLC function, then it may be
advisable to either re-calibrate the PLC modem with network consumers
switched off or in normal resting state –or– relocate the PLC modem to be
closer to the charging hardware.
