Bulletin No.: Service Bulletin Date: 23-NA-106 December, 2023 TECHNICAL Subject: Floor Console Armrest Lower Panel Separating Brand: Model: Cadillac LYRIQ Model Year: VIN: from to from to 2023 2024 — — Engine: Transmission: All All Involved Region or Country North America Condition Some customers may comment that the upper lid of the console center armrest is separating from the lower section when trying to open. Cause The cause of the condition may be that in high temperatures, the retention force is insufficient to retain the panel when opening the armrest. Correction If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, complete the Service Procedure outlined below. In the event of a conflict between the procedures set forth in this bulletin and the laws that apply to your dealership, you must follow those applicable laws. Important: This technical service bulletin (TSB) can only be completed by certified repair facilities who have met all specific training, tool and equipment requirements pertaining to the vehicle Brand and Model serviced.
