Please discard PIC5604B. The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI. Condition/Concern Customers may comment that the remote keyless entry transmitter range is very poor and they have to be very close to the vehicle before the transmitter operates. They may also comment that the Tire Pressure Monitor system indicates dashes for the rear tire pressure readings. Recommendation/Instructions Verify the Remote Keyless Entry transmitter range by pacing off approximately 100ft diagonally on all 4 corners of the vehicle. If the RKE range is good, follow the appropriate TPM Diagnostics using Global Service Information. If the RKE range is poor or has a TPM DTC present, replace the RCDLR module.
