• The Traffic sign dependent speed warning setting automatically reactivates every time the ignition is turned on
(Figure 1).

Workshop findings:
• No Relevant DTCs are stored.
Technical Background
Due to a new requirement in Europe, the traffic sign dependent speed limit setting is activated every time the
ignition is turned on, regardless of its last setting. This is however not the intended functionality for other markets
outside of Europe. A new ZDC is provided for those markets to revert to the previous, “last mode” functionality.

1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the Target Data Container in the driver assistant systems control module -J1121- (address word 00A5)
using the SVM action code as listed in the table below, if necessary:
