Service Technical Information 191/23 ENU 6694 6 Cracking on B-Pillar Cover of Front and/or Rear Doors: Replacing B-Pillar Cover (191/23) Model Line: Macan (95B) Model Year: As of 2022 up to 2024 Concerns: B-pillar cover for front and/or rear doors Cause: Customers complain that one or more B-pillar covers have cracks on the front and/or rear doors of the vehicle. Cracking on B-pillar cover Cracking on B-pillar cover Action: The work procedure for cracking on the front and rear B-pillar covers is different: • Replace both front B-pillar covers on the front doors with a new component level, even if the front B-pillar cover only has a crack on one door. Information If the B-pillar covers on the front doors have already been replaced in the past, only the respectively damaged front B-pillar cover needs to be replaced. • Only replace the affected rear B-pillar cover on the rear doors.
