Cause:
Customers complain that one or more B-pillar covers have cracks on the front and/or rear
doors of the vehicle.  Cracking on B-pillar cover

Action:
The work procedure for cracking on the front and rear B-pillar covers is different:
•
Replace both front B-pillar covers on the front doors with a new component level, even if the
front B-pillar cover only has a crack on one door.
Information
If the B-pillar covers on the front doors have already been replaced in the past, only the respectively
damaged front B-pillar cover needs to be replaced.
•
Only replace the affected rear B-pillar cover on the rear doors. (No new component status available)
