REPAIR
A concern has been identified on certain vehicles where the fastener used to secure
an engine mounted oil cooler hose has been found to be inadequate and hoses are
loose post assembly. Vehicles require replacement of two studs with bolts.
REPAIR TIME
Inspection and bolt replacement: 0.3 to 1.6 hrs + DIDO
CAMPAIGN LAUNCH
Inspection and bolt repair instructions were released on Nov 17th, 2023
Notes
Please refer to the warranty portal to identify affected vehicles. Any vehicle that fails
the inspection should be repaired using two new bolts. If it is not possible to first
remove the studs, the vehicle must continue to be held until the repair bulletin is
updated with additional repair instructions. Target date is Dec 6th subject to parts
availability.
