Bulletin No.: PIT6108 Published date: 01/10/2024 Preliminary Information PIT6108 HUMMER EV Diagnostic AID For Vehicles Setting DTC U138D or U1155 and U043A or U0139 Models Brand: Model: Model Years: VIN: from to Engine: Transmissions: GMC HUMMER EV 2022 - 2024 All All All All GMC HUMMER EV SUV 2024 All All All All Involved Region or Country North America Condition Cause If you experience a Hummer EV that is setting DTC U138D or U1155 and U043A or U0139 , the DTC descriptor that is being set by the K5 Automatic Level Control Module (VLM) and K19 Suspension Control Module (SADS) is incorrect and may cause mis-diagnosis and incorrect module replacement during service. When the K5 Automatic Level Control Module / K19 Suspension Control Module are not on the bus or sending invalid serial data, the Brake System Control Module (BSCM) sets the correct fault against the K5 Automatic Level Control Module but also incorrectly sets an additional fault against the K19 Suspension Control Module.
