Technical Service Bulletin • DTC B12E015 (Rear lid closing assist motor Open circuit/short circuit to B+). • DTC B113E07 (Pull-shut asst. mechanical malfunction). Technical Background The following failure modes can lead to this customer concern: 1. The internal clutch of the closing assist motor can be blocked due to a dimensional deviation. This failure mode could cause DTC B113E07 to store (Figure 1). Figure 1. Blocked clutch due to a dimensional deviation. 2.
