(AHM) is searching for certain 2020-2021 Civics & 2020-2022 CR-Vs with a customer complaint of the center display flickering, flashing, or frozen. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect information from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind. Qualifiers AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements: 1. Exclude LX trim vehicles. 2. Display must NOT be blank or black. 3. Issue must be duplicatable. 4. No repair has been attempted for this issue, including battery reset. Action Required If a vehicle matching the qualifiers above comes into your dealership, please e-mail Technical Information & Support (TIS) at [email protected]. or call us at 800-880-1072 (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm PST).
