Condition
Some customers may comment on a service all wheel drive message displayed.
Cause
The cause of the condition may be the rear axle differential lock control actuator.
Correction
If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, verify the Rear Differential Clutch
Control Module has the latest calibrations, and verify the wiring harness connection
between RDCM and e-motor are properly installed.
If the condition is still present, Replace the actuator.
Service Procedure
