Issue Description
Due to a supplier error, there is a possibility that a
transfer box installed on the affected vehicles does
not meet the required specifications.
If this is the case, oil leakages can occur on the transfer box.
To prevent this, the transfer box must be replaced.
What should Porsche Centers do?
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out as
soon as possible on affected vehicles.
As of the time of this posting (2/7/24) the remedy
is now available.
Parts can be ordered via PPL as normal.

is generated with the credit note, the part can go directly into the remanufactured parts process or be scrapped.

Please note that warranty claims can only be processed up to this date.
