Page 2 March, 2024 Bulletin No.: 21-NA-148 5867264 Cause 5867265 A part quality spill has been identified with the low voltage electric transmission fluid pump attached to the driver side of the transmission. A soldering process was out of specification like the illustration above. Note: The pump motor is not internally serviceable and the pictures provided are only for helping to visually show the issue. Correction Replace the transmission fluid pump. Important: The pump motor is not internally serviceable. Service Procedure If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, replace the transmission fluid pump. Refer to Transmission Fluid Pump Replacement in SI.
