Bulletin No.: Service Bulletin Date: 24-NA-054 March, 2024 INFORMATION Subject: Information on No Heated Seats or Heated Steering Wheel During Remote Start Brand: Model: Chevrolet Equinox GMC Terrain Holden Equinox Model Year: from 2018 to 2024 VIN Breakpoint: from to — — Engine: Transmission: — — 2020 Involved Region or Country North America, Europe, Middle East, GM Korea Company, Australia/New Zealand Additional Options (RPOs) Equipped STEERING WHEEL HEAT - MANUAL (RPO UVD) Condition Customers may comment that with a remote start their seats and steering wheel do not heat up, but that they work once the ignition is on and the button is pressed for the heated seats and on the steering wheel controls. Cause This is by design, and functions correctly. RPO UVD is a manual heated steering wheel. There are not options for automatically heated seats or heated steering wheel.
