Technical Service Bulletin 90 PSS: Power and torque displays always show 0% after cluster replacement 90 24 81 2073442/1 March 14, 2024. Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment RS 5 2021 All Not Applicable Condition Customer States: • The torque and power displays in the instrument cluster always read 0%. Figure 1: Power and torque gauge always read 0%. Workshop findings: The customer concern can be verified. Technical Background After the instrument cluster is replaced the power and torque gauges will be displayed however always remain at 0%, even while driving. Production Solution This bulletin will be updated when more information is available. A solution is currently under development. Service 1. Explain to the customer that a solution is expected to be available by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2024 (subject to change) and that no repairs are necessary at this point.
