Concerns:
Circulating pump for auxiliary heater
Symptom:
The auxiliary heater cannot be started.
Cause:
The contacts in the circulating pump connector may be corroded as a result of water leaking into the
connector housing.
The fault code 0582 Heater overheated can be entered in the fault memory of the auxiliary heating
control unit.
Remedial
Action:
A heat protection mat will be secured around the circulating pump.

Release electric plug connection  Connector for circulating pump -1- from the circulating pump 
Connector for circulating pump -2- and disconnect it.

Information
Replace damaged or corroded components and connectors if necessary.

Clean connector contacts and component contacts using a suitable tool.

Connect electric plug connection  Connector for circulating pump -1- to the circulating pump 
Connector for circulating pump -2- until it engages securely.
