2. Apple Face ID cannot be used for Remote start
activation (Figure 2.)

Technical Background
The iOS version of the myAudi app has a feature that allows the customer to use Apple’s FACE ID in replacement
of the normal 4-digit app pin. If this feature is activated, it can cause a failure of the remote start activation in the
myAudi App version 4.23 or older.
Customers were instructed to turn this feature off to use remote start. The issue is resolved as of the release of
myAudi app version 4.24 on March 21st, 2024.

Please ask the customer to download the latest myAudi App version 4.24 or newer.
