2018 NISSAN ROGUE with 8400.0 miles

Purchased the vehicle in oct 2018. In feb 2019 for no reason the car breaked hard while driving at 65 mph. Alarm went off and light flashed in the dash. Nothing in front of me or beside me. Took it in to the dealership and was told the icc/radar system was not working correctly. Codes C1A16-97 and C1A18-54 were in the icc module. Was told the issue was fixed. Then the other day it happened again. I was driving at about 60 mph and it just breaked. Nothing in front of me or beside me. I have asked Nissan to return the car because i do not feel safe driving it. They refuse saying they can fix it. Guess they will fix it like they did last time.
