P2826

DTC P2826, sometimes indicated as P282600 is an OBD diagnostic trouble code indicating a manufacturer-specific fault with the vehicle powertrain (i.e. engine and gearbox). This code identifies an error with the causing pressure control solenoid "j" control circuit low.

The DTC P2826: Pressure Control Solenoid "J" Control Circuit Low code is set when the PCM detects a low voltage (below 0.5 volts) in the pressure control solenoid "J" control circuit.
Possible causes of this code include a defective pressure control solenoid, a defective PCM, or a wiring issue.
If the pressure control solenoid is defective, it should be replaced. If the PCM is defective, it should be replaced. If the wiring is defective, it should be repaired or replaced.
