  • USA Recall: If the propane tank detaches from the trailer, there is an increased risk of a crash.
    Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2016 jay flight slx recreational trailers manufactured march 3, 2016, to april 20, 2016. the bolts that secure the propane tank to the trailer's a-frame may be missing lock washers, allowing the propane tank to loosen and detach from the vehicle.

    Corrective Action:
    Jayco has notified owners, and dealers will install the lock washers to the two bolts that secure the propane tank to the a-frame, free of charge. the recall began on may 17, 2016. owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. jayco's number for this recall is 9901298.
