  • USA Recall: A separated chipper discharge chute can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of injury or crash.
    Vermeer manufacturing company (vermeer) is recalling certain 2021 bc900xl, bc1000xl, and bc1200xl brush chippers. the chipper discharge chute may separate, and fall off the trailer.

    Corrective Action:
    Dealers will install a field remedy kit, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed on october 21, 2021. owners may contact vermeer's customer service at 1-800-829-0051 ext. 7060. vermeer's number for this recall is ik4126.
