    Vehicles equipped with 350 c.i.d. 2 barrel carburetor engines. the exhaust gas recirculation (egr) hose may be damaged due to contact with the exhaust crossover passage of the intake manifold. also, the egr valve may have a plugged passage and the carburetor off-idle air bleed passage may require cleaning. these items may cause the vehicle to emit exhaust gas pollutants in excess of levels required by canada motor vehicle safety standard 1103 - exhaust emissions.
