    The spring center bolt head does not penetrate through the caster wedge and into the recessed hole in the axle pad, therefore, not locating and aligning the spring to the front axle. if the front axle clips loosen, the lack of center bolt penetration through the caster plate may result in axle misalignment, axle shifting and loss of steering control.
