    Note: vehicles located in ontario, quebec, new brunswick, nova scotia, prince edward island and newfoundland. a corrosive environment, combined with lack of proper lubrication, could cause sticking or seizure of the secondary hood latch. if this condition exists, partial or incomplete engagement of the primary hood latch may cause the hood to open suddenly while the vehicle is in motion, obstructing the driver's forward vision. correction: vehicles will be inspected and lubricated or replaced as necessary.
