CA Recall: Fuel supply
Note: vehicles located in eastern british columbia, alberta, yukon, northwest territories, saskatchewan, manitoba and northwestern ontario. under conditions of extreme cold and very low humidity, fuel flow may cause an electrostatic charge to build up to a sufficient level to discharge to ground through the nylon fuel line that connects the fuel pump to the fuel filter. this could form a pin hole in the fuel line allowing fuel leakage to occur. in the presence of an ignition source, such as an electrostatic charge from the fuel filter, a fire could result.
