    The rear heater blower resistor can become electrically overloaded due to a binding or seized rear heater blower. the overloaded resistor can create sufficient heat to ignite the plastic air pipe to which it is connected and an engine compartment fire could occur. correction: a new resistor with a circuit breaker will be installed on affected vehicles.
