  • CA Recall: Seats and restraints
    On certain volvo 740, 940 and 960, the seatbelt webbing guide (b-pillar "d" ring) does not meet specifications. a defective webbing guide may break under very heavy loads and may thereby reduce the restraining properties of the seatbelt in severe crashes. correction: the metal plate of the webbing guide ("d" ring) in the upper seatbelt anchorage will be reinforced for both front seating positions.
