    Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of cmvss 1101 - emission device. vehicles may have been built with a vehicle emission control information (veci) label that has an inaccurate evaporative hose routing. correction: a correct veci along with installation instructions will be mailed to involved vehicle owners. dealers will be instructed to assist owners needing help with label installation.
