    On certain vehicles equipped with eaton autoshift transmissions, incorrect software in these transmissions could cause a condition whereby in certain circumstances, when reverse is selected the transmission engages 2nd gear. incorrect gear engagement can result in a crash without prior warning. correction: suspect software will be reprogrammed.
