On certain vehicles, the front lower control arm ball joints could experience a loss of lubrication, which could eventually allow the knuckle to separate from the lower control arm while the vehicle is in operation. a ball joint separation could possibly result in a loss of directional control. correction: dealer will replace both front lower control arm ball joints.
