Recall 2012044

  • CA Recall: Suspension
On certain buses, a kevlar sleeve may have been installed too close to the air compressor outlet port (for the air suspension) and, as a result, could trap heat that would otherwise dissipate. this could cause the air discharge hose to fail, thus releasing air compressor lubricant inside the engine compartment, which could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. correction: authorized service facilities will replace the air compressor discharge hose and ensure adequate clearance to the kevlar sleeve.
