  • CA Recall: Powertrain
    On certain vehicles equipped with 1.8t engines and torque-converter (non-dsg) automatic transmissions, out of specification transmission cooler sealing o-rings may allow transmission fluid to leak in proximity to hot surfaces. this could increase the risk of a fire, potentially causing injury and/or property damage. correction: dealers will replace affected o-rings. note: this is an expansion of recall 2014-136.
