CA Recall: Seats and restraints
On certain vehicles, in temperatures below minus 20° celsius, the ability of the driver's and front passenger's seatbelt to extend and/or retract may be affected. this would result in a seatbelt that cannot be used properly or as it was intended, and could increase the potential for injury to the seat occupant(s) in a crash. correction: dealers will replace the driver's seatbelt and front passenger's seatbelt.
