    Certain vehicles may have had a replacement/spare part left rear tail lamp installed during a dealer service visit which did not contain a rear reflex reflector, thus failing to comply with the requirements of canada motor vehicle safety standard (cmvss) 108 - lighting system and retroreflective devices. this could reduce vehicle conspicuity which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. correction: dealers will inspect the left rear tail lamp assembly, and if necessary, replace the unit with one that includes a reflex reflector.
