  • CA Recall: Engine
    On certain vehicles equipped with 3.3 litre engines, the crankshaft may have pin surface irregularities. this could lead to premature crankshaft and/or engine bearing wear. if the vehicle continues to be driven with a worn engine bearing or crankshaft, it could cause an engine stall while the vehicle is in motion, resulting in loss of motive power which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. correction: dealers will inspect, and if necessary, replace the engine assembly. note: this condition would result in the check engine light and the oil pressure lamp to illuminate in the instrument cluster.
