CA Recall: Electrical
On certain motorhomes, the wiring for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (hvac) system could become disconnected. if the wiring for the hvac system's potentiometer were to become disconnected, there is a risk that the wiring may be reconnected improperly, which could increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. correction: dealers will inspect the hvac controller’s existing potentiometer, and either solder the wires or replace the control panel, as necessary. note: owners are advised that if the hvac control panel becomes inoperable for any reason, to not use it or attempt any repairs. it must be inspected and if necessary, repaired or replaced by a certified rev recreation group dealer technician.
