  • CA Recall: Seats and restraints
    Issue: on certain transit buses, the hardware used to secure some of the seats was not properly tightened. this could cause the hardware or seat mount to fail. as a result, the seat could drop to the floor. safety risk: seats that are not secure could create a risk of injury for passengers. corrective actions: nova bus will notify owners in writing and provide them with directions for inspecting and replacing the seat rails and hardware.
