    Issue: on certain motorcycles with a "h-d detachables tour-pak" luggage conversion kit, the rear reflectors may be missing. canadian regulations require motorcycles to have rear reflectors. note: this recall affects the following part numbers: 53000291, 53000291a and 53000567. safety risk: a motorcycle that does not have rear reflectors may be less visible to others and could increase the risk of a crash. corrective actions: harley-davidson will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to install reflectors as necessary.
