  • CA Recall: Seats and restraints
    Issue: on certain vans, the front and/or rear seat head restraints may not be properly assembled. this could allow the head restraint housing to come loose and possibly detach. safety risk: a head restraint that is loose or detaches in a crash could increase the risk of injury to occupants. corrective actions: mercedes-benz will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the head restraints.
