    Issue: on certain buses, the labels for the push-out emergency exit windows do not have clear directions for how to open the window. safety risk: in an emergency situation, a person that cannot quickly understand how to open an emergency exit window could have an increased risk of injury. corrective actions: temsa will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a temsa service center to inspect the emergency exit window labels, and replace them as necessary. alternatively, temsa will provide owners with the replacement labels and instructions for installing them.
