  • CA Recall: Steering
    Issue: on certain vehicles, the left side lower control arm bracket may be incorrectly welded to the front axle. as a result, the lower control arm and bracket could separate. this could cause a loss of steering control. safety risk: a loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash. a lower control arm that detaches from the vehicle could also create a road hazard for others. corrective actions: fca canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the front axle. it will be replaced if necessary.
