  • CA Recall: Powertrain
    Issue: on certain motorhomes equipped with a 3.6 l engine, the transmission gear shift cable may have been damaged during vehicle assembly. as a result, the shift cable could disconnect from the transmission. if this happens, the transmission will not shift gears when the shift lever is moved. if a driver attempts to exit the vehicle while the transmission is not in the park position, and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle could move suddenly. safety risk: sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could increase the risk of a crash. corrective actions: fca canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a fiat chrysler automobiles dealer to replace the transmission shift cable.
