    Issue: on certain amg gt c and gt r models, the ground wire for the communication module may not have been installed. as a result, the emergency call feature may not work properly. this could cause difficulty speaking to the call center and the vehicle location may not be sent. safety risk: if the emergency call feature does not work correctly, there could be a delay in response from emergency services. corrective actions: mercedes-benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to repair the wiring harness for the communication module.
