    Issue: on certain low-profile trucks equipped with air brakes, the software for the antilock brake system (abs) may have been programmed incorrectly. as a result, the abs system could turn off while driving. if this happens, a warning light will turn on in the instrument cluster. safety risk: a loss of abs function could increase the risk of a crash. corrective actions: hino motors canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to update the abs-ecu software.
