    Issue: on certain motorhomes, the battery cable may not be properly secured to the frame rail. as a result, it may rub against the heat shield and exhaust manifold. if this happens, the battery cable could short circuit and overheat. safety risk: a short circuit could create the risk of a fire. corrective actions: thor motor coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to inspect the battery cable. the dealer will re-route and re-secure the battery cable, if required.
