  • CA Recall: Steering
    Issue: on a certain trucks, the steering kingpin nut may not have been properly installed and tightened. as a result, the steering knuckle could separate from the axle. if this happens, there would be a loss of steering control. safety risk: a loss of steering control could create a risk of a crash. corrective actions: volvo trucks will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the kingpin nuts to ensure they are installed and properly tightened.
