  • CA Recall: Seats and restraints
    Issue: on certain vehicles, the adjustable second-row seats may not be properly attached on one side. as a result, the seats could move in a crash. safety risk: seats that move in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. corrective actions: mercedes-benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the installation of the second-row seats. the seats will be repaired, if necessary.
