    Issue: on certain vehicles, the reflex reflector in the left headlamp assembly may not have been manufactured correctly. as a result, the reflector may reflect slightly less light than what is required by canadian regulations. safety risk: this small error does not affect vehicle safety. corrective actions: this is not a recall. the company has made changes to ensure that all new vehicles have fully compliant reflex reflectors.
