  • CA Recall: Seats and restraints
    Issue: on certain trucks, the seat belt brackets for the front-row centre seat may not be properly attached to the seat frame. as a result, the seat belt could detach, and may not work as designed in a crash. safety risk: a seat belt that detaches in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. corrective actions: general motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the front-row centre seat belt bracket attachments. the dealer will reassemble the brackets correctly, if necessary.
