    Issue: certain rv trailers were built with an incorrect handle for the bedroom emergency exit window. as a result, the emergency exit may be difficult to open. safety risk: an emergency exit that is difficult to open could prevent people from leaving the trailer in emergency. this could create a risk of injury. corrective actions: keystone will notify owners by mail and provide you with a replacement crank handle. if you need help to install the crank handle, you can take your vehicle to a dealer to have the round window knob replaced with the crank handle you received.
