    Issue: on certain vehicles, the front turn signal bulbs could be defective. as a result, the bulbs could crack and the turn signals may not work. safety risk: front turn signals that do not work may cause a person not to recognize that the driver intends to turn or change lanes. this could increase the risk of a crash. corrective action: nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the lot code of the front turn signal bulbs inspected. all affected bulbs will be replaced.
